At Baum und Pferdgarten, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective packaging, ensuring the pre-paid return label is clearly visible on the outside.

  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point corresponding to the courier service indicated on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
